Getting Started with GranSunPBX
We are a business-focused Voice over IP (VoIP) service provider. The purpose of this wiki is to support our clients, customers, and partners by providing easy access to information about our products and services.
What is GranSun VOIP
GranSun utilizes a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) system, which enables extension phones within one office to connect with the telephone network in other locations. This setup allows organizations to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls, as well as internal communications. Additionally, GranSun employs Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) to replace traditional analog phone lines, linking the PBX system to the internet for seamless VoIP connectivity.
Who is This Guide For
This section is intended for customers and partners who are setting up or using the GranSun PBX system for the first time, providing guidance through the initial configuration and usage process.
Basic Requirements
To use the GranSun PBX system, our partners and users will need a supported VoIP phone. A list of supported devices can be found on the GranSun website https://gransun.website/End-Point-Devices/. Please note that while some additional VoIP phones are compatible, they may not yet be listed online.
