Additionally, GranSun employs Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) to replace traditional analog phone lines, linking the PBX system to the internet for seamless VoIP connectivity.

- Basic Requirements
To use the GranSun PBX system, our partners and users will need a supported VoIP phone. A list of supported devices can be found on the GranSun website https://gransun.website/End-Point-Devices/. Please note that while some additional VoIP phones are compatible, they may not yet be listed online. If you have any questions about device compatibility, feel free to contact our support team (316)249-6000 Press 2 for support. You will also need your PBX login credentials to complete the setup. For mobile access, download CommunicatorGO 7 from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. For desktop access, install the Communicator application: ((Download Communicator for Desktop.))
